It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel in a relaxing area, really close to many nice eating stores and the airport. Appreciated climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television in the room. The folks working here were polite and honest.

A double room with big bathroom accommodated us perfectly. This was a convenient and prime location next to shopping mall as well as Also right next to a mall with restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room was amazing! Everything was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. There were enough options to choose to satisfy everyone's tastes. The hotel's location was excellent, and it was easy to move around and explore the city. Another great advantage was the hot springs and sauna, which allowed us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was in a great location, just a few steps away from the airport MRT station. The fitness center had good equipment, and the spa was a pleasant surprise. They also provided free tea, coffee, and cookies in a lounge that was exclusively for guests, which was really comfortable.

The signage to get to the hotel from the train station was unclear, which made it a bit difficult to find at first. , although the hotel was nicely clean, the staff's customer service was average;
